Anthony Buttafoco
My name is Anthony Buttafoco, I am 22 years old from Raynham Massachusetts. I am in my senior year pursuing a degree in chemistry with a minor in sustainability. When I graduate I am hoping to get involved in the further development of the green energy industry.
I am currently a part of a research lab here at UMass Dartmouth working on energy storage alternatives to help with the effectiveness of clean energy alternatives like solar and wind.
Mason Cabral
My name is Mason Cabral, I am 22 years old and I am from Dartmouth, Massachusetts. Academically speaking, I graduated from Dartmouth High School, and I am now a senior in my last semester at UMass Dartmouth. At UMass Dartmouth I study business management and entrepreneurship with a minor in sustainability. I love business and I hope to one day pair my business education with my minor in sustainability to work for or start a sustainable business that has sustainability as a primary focus.
Outside of school, I live at home with my mom, grandmother, and brother. I also have a pet lizard, a bearded dragon named Seamus. I have worked at Target in Dartmouth for 5 years. For fun, I love to play and watch sports with my friends, listen to and play music, spend time with my friends and family, travel, and explore nature and nature trails.
Mathieu Dundas
My name is Mathieu Dundas, and I’m a 22 year old senior at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. I’m from Seekonk, MA and have been living there with my mother and brothers since I was 6 years old. At UMass, I study Management, with focuses in Finance and Sustainability. One of my current goals is to graduate and work at a solar company for a few years, but after that I want to open my own business with green practices as a top priority.
I’ve been working at Got Sun Go Solar in Seekonk for almost a year now as an intern and entry level employee. I am hopeful to get a full time position from them soon after graduation. When I’m not doing school or actual work, I am either playing basketball, card games, or video games with friends. One of my favorite things to do is to travel with friends and family and explore the unknown.
